This is how customer service should be

Lisa Adams was fantastic today in customer services.

Lisa Adams was fantastic today in customer services. I was in total overwhelm as things had gone wrong with funding for buying a house and time was of the essence. She empathised and phoned me back as promised and resolved an issue for me. She was so kind and allowed me time to respond without going on about waiting times. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025

Such helpful and friendly staff.

A delight to speak to some real people who are so helpful and patient. In particular I should like to thank Stephanie McGrath who has the patience of a saint.
