Lisa was very helpful in guiding me through the process of registering and connecting to my account. I understand that this all to do with upgrading the way customers access their accounts and will have been a one-off issue but it has been extraordinarily complicated and long winded, not easy for those who are lees tech-savvy. Very good experience.

I was told busy and would be delay but answered within a minute. Spoke to Ellissa Agodi who I found very easy to deal with and called me Mr which is unusual these days but nice. I understand security is vital but the questions took a long time and not sure how many people know their NI number off the top of their heads. Still, all was well and my concern/query was dealt with most satisfactorily. Thank you, Ellissa. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025

Call-back request

After requesting a call-back I received a call about 30 minutes after. Katherine was very courteous and patient whilst I gathered details. I just needed reassurance that a transaction hadn’t gone astray. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025

Excessive wait to speak to adviser

Had to call to reset password. Long wait on phone. Told "There are no people ahead of you" throughout. Gave me plenty of time to fill in this feedback form (and catch up on emails) Reviewed on: 7th August 2025

We do offer a call-back service which is especially useful for times when we are busy so that customers don’t have to wait on the line. This facility retains your place in the queue which means that your call-back request is automatically sent to an agent who will make a call out to you, and you don’t have to wait on the phone for your call to be answered.
