Awful website to log in

First phone call 27/05/25 staff helpful but phone line terrible 3 second time delay between conversation, I am deaf and it was a very difficult call problem not resolved. Next phone call today again staff helpful managed to reset account then tried to log on with e mail and could not. Was also sent via e mail a new user name which again did not work. Will have to go into Epsom branch so I can access my account to close it down. I cannot cope with this hassle every time I try to log in and I’ve never had problems with Cambridge, Nationwide, Halifax, Coventry ,Santander accounts. Also your only base in Epsom can’t even be bothered to instil a Hearing Loop system which I think is discrimination Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

Friday 13th unlucky?

I have just won £10,000 and haven’t had my bonds all that long. I was amazed and over the moon. I had a personal telephone call on Friday 13th and not an email to give me the good news. Reviewed on: 17th June 2025

Quick, quick, slow

SMS service on landline is spoken far too quickly. The SMS service on landline did not operate at 0530 hours but suddenly came through at 0830 hours. Despite funds being requested at 1119 hours money did not arrive in nominated account until evening. Same day requests from Marcus arrive within 2 hours. Reviewed on: 17th June 2025

Login problem professionally resolved

Representative Katherine Ambrose was very helpful and reassuring while able to resolve the system's refusal to log me in to my account helping me with each step of the process. I was then able to do all that I wanted to do. Excellent! Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

Definately a Reccommendation

Opening a saving account was a fairly stressless experience. It was key to read the information carefully, but most importantly, the staff were very helpful in explaining anything missed or not understood. The on-line private messaging system worked well, but telephone waiting times, particularly when an internal transfer was necessary, was less satisfactory.
