Excellent Service

Great telephone service

I was given the opportunity to request a call back, which worked. In order for my request to be completed I needed to open a new account online - Gill stayed on the line whilst I did that and was polite and efficient throughout. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Windfall Bond changes

My family have a number of Windfall Bonds whic when I opened them we used to get a list of winners each month. The Society now says it is impracticle to publish winners which I strongly disagree with. It would show openess in the procedure without disclosing too much information about the winners private details as was the case originally. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
