Excellent service

Excellent products and service. It would be good if once you have an account or number of accounts with FBS that when you open a new account it recognises and verifies your nominated bank account as if the application process does not verify your account despite it being verified before you have to go through a manual process which dealys matters and can be irritating. Ease of transfer of funds in an emergency.

On this occasion it was easy to transfer funds from our online account to our First Direct bank account preparatory to having to pay for repairs to our roof which suddenly needed work to repair it. Reviewed on: 13th August 2024
