Opening account

I found it difficult fully grasping the online process for opening the account at first but Ali was extremely helpful explaining the technical things I needed to know over the phone. I am very grateful to her and also to the gentleman I spoke to on Monday morning. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

We are currently investing in new technology and infrastructure, and we are always looking at ways in which to improve our service to customers. However, we need specific IT solutions which take time and investment, and as a smaller society we have to weigh up the costs and benefits. Great name for a BS, it was like visiting a family, .

I went into the branch and was greeting by very friendly staff. Karen helped me enormously, she helped me fill out my form and put me at ease. She is obviously very experienced and most approachable.
