Extra helpful

Emporium could not have been nicer or more helpful when my Irish Wolfhound broke his leg. He had to be referred to the vets at Bristol University. We were so worried, but we’re totally reassured by Emporium. Unfortunately there was no happy ending for our dog, but at least we didn’t have the worry of massive bills on top. They were wonderful! Brilliant customer service and fast claim response

My kitten Bella has a serious stomach infection and had to be admitted to stay at the vets for a few days. Luckily she is ok now. She had a life threatening bug.The total bill was around 800 pounds. I put in a claim and it was dealt with very quickly through this company. There is even a free vet number you can ring for advice. I would recommend this Insurance company. best price for senior pets

i had shopped around and the insurance emporium were the best for price and level of cover for senior pets.i was also very pleased with their customer service when asking for a small discount upon renewal,it was applied without hesitation.one small thing i think could do with changing is the ease of informing them when a pet has passed away.i found nowhere on the website to do this and had to find their email address instead.they were however very helpful when i did this though and extremely compassionate.
