A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

High ideals and a first rate call centre.

I changed to Triodos because of their ethical investment policy. The switch was smooth and one small hitch was very quickly sorted out by one of their call centre staff because they could clearly understand every word. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

The Enabling Bank!

So often we want to do something practical to help solve some of the world's problems and yet we shy away, often believing that what we can do as an individual amounts to so little. Triodos Bank enables the opposite to happen! By switching accounts, I know my money is making a difference to businesses and organisations that believe in the same values. I care about the way my money is used by my bank.

It’s a good feeling to know that one is supporting an ethical bank which invests in a sustainable future. I particularly have tried to avoid banking that invests in the arms trade or fossil fuel companies. The app is great and very easy to use.
