Ethical

Fair, ethical, friendly... no one else like it!

Always had friendly and very helpful customer service, who go out of their way to help you. A world apart from other banks whose staff in call centres hang up when they can't be bothered to deal with you any more (speaking from a recent experience with another bank). Calls are answered quickly and they don't keep you on hold forever. Their ethical stance on lending and companies they support is wonderful (I love their map of who they lend to!) and I can happily keep money in my account knowing it's being used for good. The communication such as email newsletters and positive news magazine are genuinely interesting and inspiring to read. We need more companies such as Triodos to continue for push for a better world. Doing good with my money

Triodos are a great bank. The app and online experience are equal or better than my previous bank (HSBC) and unlike HSBC they are completely transparent in what they are doing with my money! Reviewed on: 17th December 2019

Guilt-free banking with a personal service

I'm so happy that Triodos now offer a current account. I'm always looking for service providers (of banking, insurance and anything else money-related) who I can be sure aren't using my money to invest in fossil fuels. This can be very hard to find for some services, however with banking it's easy as I can just choose Triodos, safe in the knowledge that my money is being used to invest in positive, sustainable projects. Switched from a big high street bank - very happy with the result.

Switching to Triodos was easy and quick - very happy with the process. A few teething issues with the account to start with - unable to make online payments to certain providers. I raised this with the customer service team and found it quickly resolved so I now have all the functionality of my previous account, but with an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 16th December 2019

Responsible banking is so easy

We try to be responsible about how we spend our money in other ways, so why not with banking. Even better, it doesn't feel like we get second class service whilst in pursuit of an ethical investment.
