Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Excellent service, value for money and ethical.

On the occasional use of customer service, my request has always been answered/resolved in one call. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and have checked that I have the answers I wanted and asked if there is anything else that they can help with (and you speak to a human). Trust Triodos. They do good things.

£3 per month for a current account with an Ethical bank is a fair deal. Other banks are not "free" - they lend your money to destructive and morally dubious organisations. The Triodos service is very good. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Triodos I everything I want in a bank.

Triodos I everything I want in a bank. I want my money to be used ethically and sustainably, I want to trust that the heads and staff of the bank have that sustainability at the forefront of everything they do as a company, I want to trust that they will answer any questions/problems I have fairly and promptly. Pleased to bank with an ethical bank

I wish I'd joined years ago

I had been meaning to join Triodos for many years. I thought that a small bank wouldn't be able to compete with the bigger banks. Since joining I have found Triodos to be easily as good, if not better, in customer service, the app and in the ease of use. And it's ethical! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
