A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. I'm so excited to have becoming a part of Triodos Banking. It fills me with hope and inspiration the example that you are setting that cares for people and planet. Through my experience of joining, it's also evident that this is true throughout the organisation. I find the approach compassionate, humane and supportive. I have experienced this at every step throughout the process, to ordering my card, receiving in the post, to email communication after as well as offering additional help for learning about money. I care passionately about a better future, and moving my money to a bank like Triodos was part of making a choice that reflects that. I am proudly sharing it with people I know! Excellent ethics and excellent customer service

I chose Triodos for their ethics and am very pleased that I did so. I have been invited to take part in research which informs their marketing, which is aimed at spreading the word about the availability of their excellent range of ethic accounts, savings accounts, ISAs and investment opportunities and am delighted to be part of something which is helping to create a fairer and constructive (rather than destructive!) world. I have also been very pleased with their customer service. Everything works well and on the two occasions I have had questions, my calls to customer service were answered very quickly, with very minimal wait times and have been efficiently handled by friendly, professional team members. . Initially, 4 years ago, my Triodos card was not accepting in a few stores, inc Tesco, but it is now. Triodos is consistently developing it's services, e.g. recently adding Apple Pay. Online payments are now faster and I look forward to further developments. The only thing that is a little challenging for me is that I can't pay in cash, but I am happy to work around that (paying into another account and transferring via that baks app) in order to be part of this movement. I highly recommend Triodos to anyone who cares about the planet, nature, animals and people, likes good customer service and wants a very easy way to make a positive difference. Excellent ethical choice

Great bank, very easy to use app, never had any issues. Also wonderful to know that my money is being handled ethically, as this is my most important factor in looking at where to bank. I regularly recommend Triodos to friends and family. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Fantastic ease of use alongside great values!

Great in many ways

Triodos customer service is extremely responsive, always on the other side of the line for any questions/issues. I love the fact that banking with Triodos makes me feel comfortable that I'm doing it with an ethical bank, that says everything to me. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

An excellent, ethical bank

I have found Triodos Bank to be extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. They are quick to keep customers informed of changes. On the phone, the customer service advisors actually listen and come up with solutions. The online banking is clear and user-friendly.
