Ethical, customer focused banking

I've been with Triodos a few years now and it has been a good move away from the main players. I'm happy with the customer service, and I'm happy knowing my money is being used in as ethical way as possible. There's Internet banking, apps and they also have ethical ISAs, and other investments available too. One thing missing is a credit card, but the service with everything else is great. Ethical banking without compromising on customer service. Excellent service. Well designed App for day to day financial transactions. Safe and secure, and for more complex matters or International transfers the online service is available.
