Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Best decision I could have made to choose Triodos

I moved my personal and only current account to Triodos at the same time as moving to online banking about six years ago, and I couldn't be happier with the service Triodos have provided. I love the fact that Triodos has principles that I can trust about where it invests our - my - money, that they're not supporting fossil fuel producing companies but community, green, local and ethical businesses. And I love the fact I can speak to a real person at the end of a phone line which has been answered in a few rings instead of 45 minutes! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Ethical, easy to use and excellent service

For another year Triodos have continued to provide excellent banking services. In particular this year they’ve added Apple Pay to their offering which - on top of the improvements to the app and online banking - ticks all the boxes for my needs. Ethical, easy and excellent service. I haven’t needed to contact them this year (which is good service in itself) But when I have the service has been brilliant - quick to understand the issue and to rectify. Great ethical bank that listens to its customers

Feels great to be able to put my money in an ethical bank and know that they are doing the right thing with it! Customer service is also very good, I had an issue with my address that got fixed very quickly, and I also left feedback that Apple Pay would be helpful and they have now implemented that Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Triodos Ethical Banking without headaches!

The Triodos Online banking & Phone App are both very easy to use. I switched to Triodos because of their highly ethical way of doing business. I was prepared to put up with a slightly clunky banking product in order to do ethical banking, but in fact Triodos's products have caused me no headaches whatever! Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Very easy to use app and excellent customer service.

Very easy to use app and excellent customer service. The small monthly fee is far outweighed by the ethical philosophy and actions behind Triodos. The fact that Triodos are so ethically motivated saves me worrying where my money is being invested as I know it will be invested for the benefit of society generally.
