Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Proud to be en ethical bank customer. The only draw back is that being a regional bank, international transfers are a bit tricky to receive as details of the intermediate bank must be provided to the sender. Other than that, great bank. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Excellent and ethical

I've had a current account with Triodos for several years now. On the few occasions I've needed help, they've been friendly and helpful. I like the online banking system, which has recently had a makeover, and the app also simplifies banking. Most of all, I get peace of mind from knowing that my money is being looked after by an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Triodos has everything I want in a bank.

This bank has everything I want in a bank. It is upfront about the cost of the current account. It invests in clean energy products and avoids fossil fuel rubbish. It promotes start ups that I support. The advice I get is clear and useful. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024
