A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Good experience since starting account last year.

Switching our current account was easy and we had no problems. We find the Telephone Banking App intuitive and easy to use and text messages regarding new payments are welcome. I love being part of the Triodos Bank family. I'm proud that my money goes towards ethical action whether it's supporting start up companies or climate change. It has been easy to set up, and works with no hassle.

It has been easy to set up, and works with no hassle. I would however like for there to be an option to export my bank statement in CSV or some other spreadsheet format from the phone app so I can enter the details easier into my accounting software.
