Yes, it's mostly online or otherwise on telephone, but the app works well and help is easily available if needed. Love the ethical stance and the family feel of being part of the Triodos community. Brilliant security

Not only is Triodos a wonderfully ethical bank but I am very impressed at the security they have, including text notifications when higher payments are made, and pin number requirements on some transactions. It makes me feel safer. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

It's so refreshing to have an ethical bank

Quick, friendly and helpful

easy peasy

All those years ago when I was wedded to a bank with a local branch it was a difficult decision for me to move to something that met my ethical standards. Triodos proved all my fears were wrong. I can access effecient and friendly support when I need it, but I rarely have because thier web based support is so clear, and moving my money around if needed via their internet banking so easy, even for me.
