Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Very happy to be banking ethically

I'm just really happy to be with an ethical bank, and to be out of the main high street banking system. I don't need that much out of a current account, it runs fairly straightforwardly for me, but I feel secure and know that support is there if I need it. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Genuinely helpful and knowledgeable staff - and no long drawn out phone options and robotic voices trying to redirect you to a bot or an alternative method of contact.
