Ethical is the Word

Everything about Triodos is ethical, from the ways in which they invest to how they treat their customers. I have never had such friendly and personal customer service from a bank. An ethical bank that makes me feel good about investing

I have found Triodos customer service to be very efficient and customer friendly. More importantly, I feel good about having my money invested with Triodos because I trust and believe in their ethical investment criteria and priorities. They're clearly about much more than "making money at all costs" and they enable me to feel that my investments are contributing in some small way to the betterment of the planet.
