Outstanding & Straightforward

This is a really decent bank not one of the majors still investing in fossil fuels, laundering dirty cash and the like. It gives good straightforward customer service, doesn't bombard you with dubious loan offers and other nonsense - its an outstanding product in a sector with so few of them. Great customer service

I’m so happy to have found Triodos bank. I feel relieved that my money is not funding hate, but goes towards positive schemes. The App is very easy to use, and when I have needed further assistance the service on the help lines is the most friendly and helpful you’ll find. My call have also been answered promptly. Brilliant
