Great service, great for the planet

I trust Triodos more than any other bank. I receive clear information about where my money is invested and it is always invested in areas which I am happy to support. Innovative Bank

Ethical, transparent, friendly

One of the best things about Triodos is the thoroughness of its ethical policies. On top of that, their commitment to transparency and honesty means that I am always kept aware of what is happening with my money, as well as being able to see a full list of where they invest. When I have had contact with members of staff at Triodos, they have always been very friendly and helpful. Green and Great!

I switched my current account to Triodos because I support sustainability and it matters to me how my money is used. The switch was straight forward, quick and easy to do. I find customer service very helpful and quick to respond. I am very happy and would highly recommend Triodos, as a reliable bank and a positive step in the right direction to protect our planet. A great ethical choice

I was looking for an ethical alternative to Smile after they got taken over by hedge funds. Switching over was easy (I did mine manually rather than using the Current Account Switching Service). The mobile application and website work well. Using the mobile app to authorise payments is a great idea. Literally the only thing missing is Apple Pay. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022
