A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ethical transparent banking

The major banks are funding all sorts of extractive businesses without any transparency. I don't want my money held with them. Triodos has a transparent investment policy that sits well with my morals - I want my money used for positive social change, not degenerative capitalist agendas and would fully recommend Triodos. All banks should be like Triodos

Most banks regularly espouse brilliant ideas which turn out to be PR campaigns, greenwashing, or a throw-a-bone to the soft-hearted-concept which it lives up to briefly on paper before returning to the industry's usual out-dated operating policies. Not so Triodos, which is exactly what it claims to be, a responsible, socially conscientious, consistently positive force for good. Fantastic customer service, five star security and notifications when balance is low and direct debits due. Can always talk to a local advisor on the phone. .

Since switching from Halifax to Triodos I feel more satisfied and valued as a customer. The team are always on hand for advice and to know that the bank invests ethically is a huge burden off my shoulders. The transition was so easy we would encourage anyone to switch to Triodos ASAP not just for the good of our planet but because it feels like you are with a trustworthy and reputable company. Triodos is the best bank I could wish for. It has always been the bank that pays great attention to how our money is used.
