Ethical banking and that old fashioned service we thought had disappeared from banking.

I need an ethical bank and Triodos is it. But apart from that the whole banking experience at Triodos is reminiscent of banks as they used to be, with personal service online or at the other end of the phone. I've recommended Triodos to all my friends and family and some of my regular payees, like Naked Wines and had really positive feedback. A transparent and ethical bank

I chose triodos as I did not want my money to contribute towards practices that harm the environment and societies we live in by fueling climate change. I really like how transparent triodos are about how your money is being spent and it is satisfying to know that it is helping to provide solutions to climate change and inequality. Responsive and responsible

My main reason for choosing Triodos Bank is that they are completely transparent about the businesses and initiatives they lend (my) money to. This means that I actively feel *good* about banking with them – rather than just not bad. But aside from that, I've found their customer service to be friendly, helpful and responsive.
