Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Always excellent

Ethical and professional

They are polite and helpful when you call up. Also, they answer the phone quickly. The bank is ethical. They don't use your money for war, etc. The account does not cost you money and I've never had any problems with Triodos. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Outstanding values and great customer service

They have outstanding values, and the regular emails let me know what projects are being invested in to improve the lives of communities and look after the planet - I feel like I am contributing in a positive way to society by banking with Triodos. Whenever I have had to contact them, I have been able to speak to a friendly member of their team without having to wait long, and they have given great customer service, been reassuring and able to resolve my issue over the phone. I look forward to accounts for children re-opening this year, as I would like to begin an account for my young daughter and be able to show her how her money can help others. A real ethical and customer orientated bank

I moved to Triodos because I wanted an ethical bank that was also passionate about the environment. The process was simple and safe.
