Potentially horrific end after years of good servic

When I frst joined Vanquis it was brilliant and helped me to rebuild my credit after years of struggle following a divorce and a scam. However, things really went downhill, when for some reason,about three years ago, I could no longer access my account, neither online nor on the mobile app. For some reson, still unknown to me, I could not log in, even after ringing up and seeking help from the Head Office. Appologies were made, by telephone and by via email, but the problem was never rectified. I had been a good customer over the years that I had been with Vanquis and had always paid my account on time and keeping within my credit limit. Fortunately, I had a zero balance when the problems occurred or I daresay that the problems would have been severe, in the extreme, through no fault of my own, as I would have been unable access my account to make payment. It is for this reason that I have given such a low score, I could not possibly reccomend a company that would potentially, through their inability to sort out their system, lead their customers into a very serious finacial situation that would cause a tremendous upset. A credit card that actually makes life easier!

I’ve been using my Vanquis credit card for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a game changer. The application process was quick and hassle-free, the app is super easy to use, and the alerts keep me totally in control of my spending. I love the flexibility it gives me—whether it’s for everyday purchases or unexpected expenses. The interest rates are fair, and the rewards system is a great bonus. Plus, I really appreciate the customer support team—they’ve always been helpful and friendly whenever I had questions. Using this card has genuinely improved how I manage my finances.
