Vanquis offer a balance transfer and purchase credit card.

Vanquis offer 0% for purchases and balance transfers for a set period of time. You will be charged a fee for any balance transfers. When the offer period on the card ends, any outstanding balance will be charged at a standard variable interest rate.

Good company, terrible app

They are a great company, great pay back amount, but their app doesn't make sense when it comes to paying the amount needed each month. Either more money is taken by them at a much later date than it says, or less is taken, but it's extremely rarely the amount it states or the date. Customer service at Vanquis are amazing and so helpful I was given a 650£ limit when every other company declined me. Vanquis gave me a chance and I was really grateful. Reviewed on: 18th June 2022

Cynical and unhelpful

Avoid like the Plague. Cynically ruin your credit rating and point blank refuse to listen at all after an honest mistake with payments going through while I was serving in the gulf. Needlessly unhelpful. Avoid. I'm sure they'll trot out some robot-esque explanation. You've been warned. Avoid them at all costs Reviewed on: 3rd May 2022

Customers not well treated

I’ve had a credit card (£1000 limit) and loan from Vanquis, never missed a payment on either, cleared my card more than once, never any issues. Out of the blue and without warning they slashed my credit limit from £1000 to £600, for what reason? I never was told. Absolutely awful customer treatment. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2022

I find Vanquis credit card facility to very great. They are willing give great offers and are very helpful to their customers. I have not been with them for long time but have had great experience and kind relationship with them. Reviewed on: 29th March 2022

Cancel facilities without reason

I had this card for some time - paid on time every time and made sure I stick to the terms. Out of the blue, they tell me they are withdrawing their credit facility and I had no say in the matter. Absolute rubbish company and rubbish service. Reviewed on: 10th February 2022
