Not to be trusted

Virgin money expect you to log online to check when you are due to make a payment, they say they send email and texts but don’t, even when you send a secure message they say log on to see your reply and guess what nothing there avoid 100% Reviewed on: 25th March 2018

Great customer service & easy to use website

I have a Virgin money credit card and love how easy it is to manage the card online, the site is easy to navigate and i can clearly see everything I need to and also make payments as and when I want to. Plus when I've needed to contact customer services they have always been quick to answer and also been very helpful Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Virgin Money and Stonewall - Best Credit Card Partnership EVER

Virgin Money issue a credit card in partnership with Stonewall in support of the LGBT community. The card rocks a beautiful rainbow without the front embossing. The credit card number is on the back. Loved the process from applying for the card to taking advantage of the fantastic balance transfer and retail offers. Reviewed on: 9th February 2018

Terrible company BEWARE!

Easy balance transfer

I took out a virgin credit card to transfer a balance from another credit card. I made a pact with myself that 2018 would be the year that I would be debt free. Well I can proudly say that after transferring to virgins interest free credit card and using there very easy internet banking feature to make consistent payments I am now debt free for the first time in a long time and it feels amazing all thanks to Virgin. no common sense or flexibility

Had my card for around 21 months on a promotional balance transfer offer. One late payment where the direct debit was not paid. I was in the red for a couple of hours before transferring money from another account and they removed my promotional offer and refuse to reconsider. looks like they are just waiting for things like this so that they can bang on large amounts of interest.
