Promotional offers.

Did a balance transfer with 0% interest for a year whilst already in another deal. I had an email to inform me of the offer and I range up to do it. The customer service was excellent and answered all my questions. Reviewed on: 26th June 2016

DD cancelled for no reason

DD was set up to pay into the account, but once money was paid in it was shortly transferred back and resulting in being charged for outstanding payments. Even though the money was available and had been move across into the account. Wouldn't give us back the interest that was charge on it, even though we had evidence showing that there were funds available. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2016

Fantastic

The latest balance transfer rate from Virgin is outstanding. From the moment that I applied to the card arriving and the balance transfer taking place was only 4 days. I will save over £400 this year alone. Reviewed on: 26th April 2016

No Brainer

If you've a balance on a card that you're paying interest on, transfer it to Virgin. Quick, easy, and your statement every month tells you EXACTLY when your interest free period ends, so there's no danger of accidentally being charged interest cos you don't clear it in time. Credit Card transfer made easy

I wanted to stooze my credit card balance and applied for a Virgin Money credit card and the process was so easy from the application to the transfer. I was so impressed by the ease of applying for the card online, the instant decision and the fact that I could transfer the balance of my existing credit card straight away without any hassle.
