Gave me a chance

Firstly, I was in financial trouble a few years back, my credit rating was low, I wanted a credit card that i could use here and there to improve my rating. Zopa gave me a chance when no one else would the APR isn't bad, the app is great and whenever I have had a query the team have been polite, helpful and always sort me out quickly. Thanks Zopa. Easiest customer service experience I have ever had

I have used Zopa for just over a year now, it has been the most easiest company to deal with, the customer service interaction is outstanding and I believe if other companies were as good then the whole business attitude would change. From professional experienced and mostly cheerful staff to the communication with customers on updates or offers is outstanding.
