Trust in a Card Trust in the Company

I've had a few cards in my lifetime. I don't think, save for a brief period when I was loaded, that I've ever had the feeling that the company ever really cared that much about me and my circumstances as an individual. Zopa are different. They help, they advise and genuinely seem to care about what I'm doing with my spending and offer guidance without being prompted. No bumping up your limit so that you spend more, no sneaky sneaking. Just a good old fashioned model. Their customer care, like their app is great. Gosh darn it, I like 'em!
