Brilliant bank

Excellent credit card. Bank always keeps us posted on the account. Very flexible! Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

I have several credit cards but none compare to Zopa, which is so much easier to deal with and has genuinely excellent customer services.

I had a problem with a payment to a provider that hid details about future payments. I wanted to cancel the transaction immediately and was prepared for a battle and argument with customer services. But they couldn’t have been more helpful and cooperative. It was cancelled and refunded within 15 minutes of my calling them. Amazing. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021
