As Cheesy as it may sound but Zopa are Super.

Zopa, came through when I needed them most,giving me the funds and ability to help my Son and his family through a sticky period. Since opening my account/ credit card Zopa have introduced many beneficial products which unfortunately I am currently unable to take advantage off. They have always offered me advice and guidance for which I am truly grateful for, I hope that the relationship that I believe we have will grow stronger, I am in their debt in more ways than one for which I am truly grateful. Understanding Customer Services

I had an issue with the online payment portal and incurred late charges ..I called customer services and explained the issue and they immediately refunded the charges. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
