THE RE-BORN OF BANKING

My experience with Zopa Bank was that the customer serfvices assisstant I sxpoke to was very obedience. Three rings , the call was answeared. The reason for which I called was fully explained to me in a clear ;language. Her explanation was clear . concise and straight to the point, so much so that I did not have any question to ask. Secondly the Zopa Banking App is just as easy as ABC to use. Is very easy and straight forward to be used. I hope if all banks in the UK can copy and follow the steps how the Zopa Banking App has been set up. The Zopa Bank itsef is willing to help we the customers at all time,and offering loans at affordable interest rates. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
