Simple,fast, efficient

the savings accounts are flexible, easy to move money around and to withdraw and add from bank account. The online site is clearly laid out and very easy to access and use. And the rates are competitive and have risen over time to remain competitive. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Easy to use and great savings rates

Zopa is very user-friendly and has competitive savings rates which continually seem to update to ensure that your interest rate gives excellent market value. I really like being able to 'lock away' money for set periods of time at higher interest rates whilst still having the flexibility that the instant access account gives you. Flexible, Top interest rates and friendly customer service

I have been with them for approx. half a year. Thought this time they have consistently had one of the highest interest rates compared to other flexible savings accounts. They have an amazing feature where you can boost your interest rate by locking away the money with a set notice period (7, 31 or 95 days). This is an amazing feature to get that little bit extra interest when you don't need your money instantly and I frequently use it. They also have amazing customer service, with it being very easy to live chat with an agent for a large part of the day. All of the help I have received has been very informative and useful. Simply Fabulous

The ease of setting up a savings account of your choice and the ability to fix or not are brilliant features. That the interest accrues monthly and you can see you savings grow is all the encouragement I need to keep saving. Zopa

This was the first savings account that I did via an app so was nervous at first. It was so easy to set up though and the fingerprint id was really easy to use. Zopa made everything easy and offer really good rates and I have told my friends about how good they are. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
