Amazing additional cost for mods

Had done some modifications to my car and admiral were sound about it. They didn’t charge me a arm and leg for the modifications i had made to the car and overall i’m very pleased so far with there service. Reviewed on: 5th June 2024

Great for multi insured policies

I have recently separated from my husband and I needed my own car. I've never had to deal with car insurance companies before but as I already have my home insurance with them I thought I'd do my best to stay loyal. Cost me hundreds on just the word of the third party

I accidentally rubbed someone's bumper with my van it didn't leave a single mark or move the vehicle in any way I left my details anyway after a while I'm told they are claiming personal injury without any evidence it has taken my no clams away and cost me hundreds of pounds as a result why am I being punished with even you say there is no evidence? Charlatans and criminally negilgent

I was hit by an Admiral driver. As their driver was completely at fault they arranged for repair. This took months and tehy made a mess of my bumper (wrong paint colour), When I complained, they said it was the wrong colour when they got it. The washed their hands and said I shoud go to Ombudsman. When the Ombudsman contacted Admiral, they refused to accept because I was not one of their policy holders. Unscrupulous liars, Ombudsman was quite diappointing/toothless. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Awful Experience

Awful experience, involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault and ended up out of pocked for around a month. I had to do the leg work myself to chase up the third parties insurer. Even when I explained that this was leaving me in a tough financial situation there was no urgency. I was left hard done by when I was not at fault in any way. I would expect my insurance company to be doing this work for me, as this is a service which I pay good money for. Reviewed on: 24th March 2024
