They refused to transfer the policy onto another car.

After my car went on fire I purchased another car. BOS refused to transfer the policy even though it had six months to run. Their... After my car went on fire I purchased another car. BOS refused to transfer the policy even though it had six months to run. Their preference was to cancel the policy and refund me with NOTHING. They then offered me a new policy at a higher cost. Darren Clarke was a waste of space and would not listen to my complaint. I had written to Darren laying out my complaint. When he phoned me (as per their promise) he had not even read my letter. I will never use BOS to insure my car again. Read more Read less

    The Bank for a lifetime.

    I opened my first bank account at the Bank of Scotland at 15 years old. Over 35 years later nothing has ever made me contemplate... I opened my first bank account at the Bank of Scotland at 15 years old. Over 35 years later nothing has ever made me contemplate leaving for another Bank. Competitive in every way, but their customer service has always been the main benefit. From Business banking to personal banking, mortgage to insurance, they are always on hand to help. I have never had a bad experience. Cannot recommend them more. Read more Read less

    5 years of fabulousness!

    I have been with bank of Scotland for five years now. I have had a secondary bank account with other banks in between. I always... I have been with bank of Scotland for five years now. I have had a secondary bank account with other banks in between. I always trust that bank of Scotland has the best intentions for me and my money. Overall, I feel very secure having bank of Scotland as my main banking provider and won’t be swapping from them anytime soon. Read more Read less
