I couldn't be happier with Bath Building Society! :-)

I couldn't be more happy with Bath Building Society. I've been with them since 2009 and I just moved house and although I could have got cheaper rates elsewhere, as their customer service is superb I was happy to stay with them. New mortgage application - very professional

Professional and helpful staff from start to finish. Process was quick and easy. Getting through to staff and receiving quick resolutions/decisions was very good. customer responsiveness was excellent. Reviewed on: 10th January 2024
