Outstanding Customer Service, Traditional Values & Integrity

I have been a borrower now for some 21 years. The Society have helped me in every step of my home ownership-Their values are traditional and they havethe utmost intregrity, you can rely on them, they are genuinely people who care about their clients. My wife and I remortgaged to BBS

My wife and I remortgaged to BBS with a relatively small mortgage (under £80k) but the underwritering process was unduly lengthy in my opinion given the loan to value (house valued in excess of £500k), but have clean credit file and good income. The process to make overpayments, in my opinion is flawed and should be reviewed. Lastly, the app really did not provide me with much informaiton inc. what over payment allowances were remaining - so really is pretty pointless as I see it Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
