You were there for me when it counted...

Several years ago I was made redundant and couldn't find another job for three months. I contacted BBS and they couldn't have been more understanding and made an arrangement with me about my Mortgage which took so much stress away from the situation, which I'll never forget. Went into Wood Street branch to report the death of a family member. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Jane was very kind and supportive and guided us through the process.
