I was locked out of my account for over 6 months

Bath Building Society is a really great local bank.

Bath Building Society is a really great local bank. The staff are always available and friendly and I really appreciate their 7% savings account for 16-25 year olds. As a young person it really helps me save and prepare for the future. It’s really good to know that I have a little nest egg of money for the future and the high interest rate doesn’t hurt at all! Society Member No Longer Able to Visit Branch

Long standing member of the society. I know longer need a mortgage but have to manage my savings carefully in retirement. Always had excellent personal service from Bath Building Society. For family reasons I no longer live in or near to Bath. I miss opportunities to call in at the branch but on line, on the phone or by post I still get excellent service. I think that being a Mutual sets that culture. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024
