Excellent Compliance Department Customer Sevice

Just before the xmas break I emailed their compliance department asking for a deletion of all my data due to an issue when trying to apply for a LISA online. I spoke to Matthew Gough whom was wonderful; he set my expectations of when to expect replies and he contacted me each week to keep me apprised of where we were. It all went smoothly. The new online portal is very frustrating

The new online portal is very frustrating, I was logged out without even being asked to log out. There is a messages tab , but I cann't send a secure message, as previously. All previous messages are lost. unable to add more than one benificary despite running two Trust accounts. No one every answers the phones or online chat

Tried all day to speak to someone regarding my account and not been able to to speak to anyone. Chat agent will available 'shortly' is plain wrong and when I call the saving customer support number it just rings and rings. Tried this several times through the day Reviewed on: 15th December 2023
