Does exactly what it says on the tin.......

The customer service at Nationwide is exceptional. Whenever I have had issues with my current account, they have always been able to help and have given the illusion of being happy to do so! The flex account does exactly what it says on the tin. The interest rate is very good for a current account, charges for overdrafts are not extortionate and it so easy to get money out from cash machines. I know I can earn 'cashback' or other incentives for switching my current account to another back, but honestly, given the service I have received over the last 15 years, I have no desire to move my account.....unless things drastically change of course! Brilliant online service

I've been with Nationwide for several years and really like their online service. You get a card reader that you put your card and pin in which then gives you a code to log on. Then you can literally do what you want with your account, pay people, cancel direct debits, transfer Monet, it's all really simple. There's also a messaging facility which is great and I use it a lot - to notify them when I'm going abroad etc. Reviewed on: 30th January 2017

Excellent

Have been with Nationwide for many years, have never had a problem or reason to call for any issues, never had banking errors or problems with my card/ATM etc. Any reason I have had to call up they have always been fabulous and very helpful Reviewed on: 26th January 2017

Excellent account with low charges

I have been with the Nationwide for many years. I look around for better accounts from time to time but have great confidence in the customer service I experience and the day to day charges are so low. I would and have recommended to family and I receive £100 for doing so. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2017

Excellent Bank
