Unhelpful

Not the greatest of companies to choose from. They're happy to give credit to people without much of a credit rating and even though you speak with their customer service team advising them that you're having trouble paying back more than the minimum monthly payment they are happy to still raise your credit limitations getting you further in debt with them. My advise is not to use this company if you have difficulty with finances otherwise you'll end up in more debt trouble than you started with. Reviewed on: 20th May 2017

Low APR and useful for small purchases

Capital One classic credit card is very helpful and useful for short purchases because of the low interest APR. This makes it easier for repayments and keeping finances in balance. The app is easy to use and great customer support. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Despite my repeated emails to customer service going unanswered, I was left in a state of worry upon discovering that I had been scammed and my money was gone. Thankfully Olivia Trader Teams came to my aid and successfully retrieved my investment from these deceitful fraudsters. Bad Bank to work with. stay away

I had two accounts one for seven years and one for almost 2 years the one for seven years was a secured guard with a $1300 limit with a secured deposit the other one they give me a $500 limit they close both of the accounts for no reason I would not recommend this bank for a credit card. Great card & easy app

Great card & easy app, I was given a good credit limit upon application (which was an easy process to follow even filling out on a phone). The app is easy to use & clear. They offered a 0% interest for a long while after I opened the account which was great. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024
