Great bank! Great customer service, 24 hours a day, any issues are always dealt with promptly. Would be good if the current account paid interest as well. Reviewed on: 21st June 2025

Can chat online,or on phone.Always pleasant,patient,very helpful.Feel safe and secure with this bank.I am retired.Very helpful.They do the 2 step code,if there s anything amiss.Also voice recognition.Would highly reccomend.Have saving accounts there too.Good interest rate if you fix for a year. I think the £250 interest-free overdraft they have given me is a huge help. I haven't been offered this anywhere else and it just gives breathing room to know I always have that to fall back on without being charged.
