Good bank, been with them for over 35 years

Good but app and processes could be clearer

Overall good but i feel Halifax should’ve been clearer with the specific terms and conditions for the reward current account. Part of the conditions to gain reward is spending a certain amount of money using the account but it was not made clear that DD’s and standing orders do not count and what counts is using the card is shops. I’m sure it’s in the small print somewhere however, i was unable to find the info when i looked and it’s only now that i have opened the account i realise DD’s/standing order don’t count. This should be more clear when you apply for the account and shouldn’t have to be in small print (if it is) Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
