Good interest rate and on the trusted moneyfacts site. Application was easy to complete and submit. Just a little apprehensive about what the IT online account will look like compared to larger banks and BS's, especially the bit about withdrawls. Reviewed on: 10th November 2023

Lost passbook by the Royal Mail

Local branch with good opening hours. Informed staff, very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Too many products are online only though, for us older generation are missing out not having access to all products. Reviewed on: 31st January 2025
