A friendly helpful building society with a personal touch

Harpenden BS are always friendly and helpful and go the extra mile for their customers. My whole family have used them for many years as they have a personal touch which other buildibng societies lack. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

People are very helpful and friendly. I can't recommend though as you are no longer local to me since you shut Buckingham. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

All of our adult savings accounts are E-enabled for members who may not have access to a local branch and we are reviewing our processes to allow customers to complete some transactions via the phone.
