Looked for an account to save for Christmas 2026. Coalville helped me find the ideal account - the Christmas regular saver. I wanted regular monthly saving with a good interest rate and the staff at Coalville helped me with the right home for my money. Lucy was very patient and informative, outlining the account benefits. Efficient But Kind

I arrived at the branch at a apparently busy and they were one member of staff short. Nevertheless I was impressed by the respect and kindness (as usual) I received. Though it was obvious the two ladies were under pressure due to the gathering queue and dealing with my needs as quickly as possible (opening a new savings account), I got no impression that they were impatiently trying to hurry me along - I am 82. H&RBS Lutterworth Branch

I regularly use the Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, Lutterworth Branch, for both easy access and longer term savings e.g. Fixed ISA and Notice Accounts. Whenever I visit the Lutterworth Branch, I am usually greeted by a smiling Erica, who is always poised to help. Whether I am making an everyday transaction, or require information on a new product, Erica is ready to assist with whatever is required. I have complete trust in saving my funds with the H&RBS Lutterworth Branch, as there are no errors in either their transactional work or information / paperwork provided, when applicable. If Erica is not in position as you walk through the door, you can also rely on Amy or Nathalie to help you too, the 'Dream Team'. It is always a pleasure to visit the building society as the staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable of their products and very willing to help you to make your decision. They always go the extra mile to help. The branch in the town centre is very important to me as I don't like the internet for transactions. I find the products on offer are very competitive and accessible in branch not on internet. I would like to point out the opening times should be longer into the afternoon. Closing at 2pm is inconvenient for working people and myself forcing me to use the Coventry build society for some transactions as they close much later. Reviewed on: 15th November 2025
