My HSBC international debit card is so hit and miss. It never seems to work. Simple and truthful comment. I don’t have it yet, but Waze seems a better and more competitive (exchange rate), option. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Total waste of time!!!

I was pre-approved for 0% balance transfer of £5000, but after answering personal questions both on line and over the phone, was offered a credit limit of £1000. Total waste of everyone’s time, and felt that ai had sold my soul to the bank for them to then not approve the credit ai was applying for! Reviewed on: 4th February 2024

New credit card

Just took out a new credit card. I am already a customer so there wasn't much admin but the process was quick and easy. I'm happy. Reviewed on: 4th January 2024

Rude staff

They are so rude. They should be trained to attend to customers. I don't think they won't work. They don't listen to you. Reviewed on: 5th December 2023
