The company has an excellent service.

Lloyds has given outstanding service through its customer representative in terms of opening the bank account and making a deposit. There app is fantastic. Extremely easy to use, helps on day to day spending and keeping on top of your money. Has all bits I need. 3 years back i had account that was one day suddenly blocked after a payment was made by my cousin in my account by cheque i took me a while to get it sorted till that time i had no access even to my money and was unable to pay rent bills for food Reviewed on: 6th November 2015

useless, especially for internet banking

It doesnt matter how loyal a customer you are they do not see you as an individual. The internet banking never works always shows error message. i wouldnt bother, i would go for a more up to date bank Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

Easy to use

This is the first bank account I have ever had and I am glad that it is with this company. The staff that I have met have been very professional and friendly. They also make sure that you are informed on everything that you are signing up for before the account is opened. The online banking feature is also very useful. Reviewed on: 4th November 2015

Still staying

I have been with Lloyds bank since a child although the account name has changed. I have had no problems with Lloyds and I don't pay a monthly fee for the account. I have online banking which I prefer and a contactless debit card. I also have an authorised overdraft. I haven't noticed any changes since they changed their name either.
