Brilliant!

Absolutely fantastic. We had a short window of time to purchase our house. Loughborough made it possible and met our needs every step of the way. Loughborough don't feel like a faceless organisation that don't care about you - because they aren't. The correspondence has been brilliant. We were informed every step of the way. Loughborough and our brilliant mortgage advisor who worked with them on our behalf took the scariness out of buying our first home. We felt confident every step of the way. Highly recommend! A professional and helpful service. I dealt with knowledgeable people, who were also flexible and imaginative to accommodate my needs, as my case had some extra peculiarities. Paperwork contradiction

The overall experience of the Loughborough was good but the wording in their offer and paperwork was contradictory and confusing. I had to contact the Building Society for clarification. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025
